SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. A confirmation e-mail is sent to all customers after the order is placed to check for any mistakes. Pure Beauty is not responsible for lost packages due to wrong address submitted by the customer. In the case that such address does not exist and the package is returned back to the sender (us), the customer is required to pay additional postage fees plus 20% penalty charge for re-shipment. The package must be returned to us to quality for re-shipment. Please keep in mind that non-tracked packages can sometimes take up to 4-8 weeks to be delivered back in our office. 

Business days are Monday to Friday.

Orders take 1-3 business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders may take up to 10 business days with standard shipping methods. Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following week.
